Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, click the button below to submit your request via Google Form:

Important: After submitting the form, we will send you a confirmation email. You need to confirm the request by following the instructions in the email. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Alternatively:

• Send an email to contact@empathicon.co.
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• In the email, include your registered email address and your date of birth (as provided during registration).
• We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Once you confirm, your account will be deleted within 30 days.

Wichtig: Nach dem Absenden des Formulars senden wir Ihnen eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Sie müssen die Anfrage bestätigen, indem Sie den Anweisungen in der E-Mail folgen. Nach der Bestätigung wird Ihr Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht.

• Fügen Sie Ihre registrierte E-Mail-Adresse und Ihr Geburtsdatum (wie bei der Registrierung angegeben) hinzu.
• Wir senden Ihnen eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Sobald Sie die Anfrage bestätigt haben, wird Ihr Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht.
